Attorney Joseph Sullivan, founder of Sullivan Law Office, PLLC, offers high-quality legal representation in DUI/DWI defense, criminal cases, and administrative proceedings throughout North Idaho.
Licensed to practice in both Idaho state and federal courts as well as the state of Washington, Mr. Sullivan earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2015.
During law school, he served as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington, managing the federal petty offense docket for Spokane and prosecuting regulatory and criminal offenses in magistrate court.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Sullivan spent over a decade in law enforcement. His career began in 2000 with the Latah County Sheriff’s Office in Moscow, Idaho, and continued with the Idaho State Police, where he served as a Trooper, Corporal, and Detective.
These combined experiences give him a unique understanding of the criminal justice system and a deep commitment to defending the rights of the accused.

Luke Crawford received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating in 2022. During law school, he worked in the Main Street Law Clinic with indigent members of the community and interned with the Kootenai County Public Defender’s Office.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Luke served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He enlisted in 2013 and was stationed in Spokane, Washington, while attending school in Moscow, Idaho. Luke was honorably discharged in 2019 as a Sergeant and the Motor Transportation Chief for 5th Battalion, 14th Marines, Battery P.
He is passionate about protecting individual liberties, standing against government overreach, and serving Veterans in the criminal justice system.

Brittany N. Block has been part of the Sullivan Law Office team since May 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a legal assistant at the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office for several years.
Before entering the legal field, Brittany enlisted in the United States Army, where she worked as a Dental Technician and was trained in Dental Forensic Identification. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Dixie State University.
After college, Brittany and her husband relocated to North Idaho to be near family and raise their children. She is passionate about supporting her community, offering a listening ear, and helping clients navigate the legal system with compassion and hope for a fresh start.
Brittany is committed to fostering a culture of shared purpose, trust, and value - both within the firm and with every client she serves.
Brittany Carroll has been with Sullivan Law Office since 2022. A proud native of the Pacific Northwest, Brittany earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Criminalistics from Lewis-Clark State College in 2014.
Before joining the team, Brittany co-owned and operated a technology business for ten years and also worked for the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office.
She thrives in high-pressure environments that demand critical thinking, problem-solving, and compassion. Known for her belief in the good in others, Brittany goes above and beyond to guide clients through difficult legal processes with empathy and care.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her three children, cooking, baking, and embracing the beauty of North Idaho’s great outdoors.
