Joseph R. Sullivan

Founding Attorney

Attorney Joseph Sullivan, founder of Sullivan Law Office, PLLC, provides quality legal representation for DUI/DWI clients, criminal defendants, and administrative defense matters throughout North Idaho.

Joseph Sullivan is licensed to practice in Idaho state and federal courts and the state of Washington. He received his Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2015.

During law school, Mr. Sullivan worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington where he managed the petty offense docket for Spokane, prosecuting federal governmental regulatory and criminal offenses in the magistrate court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sullivan was a member of law enforcement. He started his career in 2000 with the Latah County Sheriff’s Office in Moscow, Idaho, and then was hired by the Idaho State Police, serving as a Trooper, Corporal, and Detective.

Through these valuable experiences, Mr. Sullivan learned how important it is for people who have been arrested to have knowledgeable, diligent, legal counsel.

Luke Crawford

Attorney

Luke received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating in 2022. During law school, he worked in the Main Street Law Clinic with indigent members of the community and further interned for the Kootenai County Public Defender’s Office.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Luke was a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He enlisted in 2013 and was stationed in Spokane, Washington, while pursuing his education in Moscow, Idaho. Luke was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps in 2019 as a Sergeant and the Motor Transportation Chief for 5th Battalion, 14th Marines, Battery P.

Luke is passionate about defending all of our individual liberties, defending against government overreach, and serving our Veterans who need help in the criminal justice system.

Office Manager/Legal Assistant

Brittany has been with the Sullivan Law Office since May, 2022. Prior to joining our office, she was a legal assistant for the Kootenai County Prosecutors Office for several years.

Before entering the legal field, Brittany was enlisted in the United States Army where she was a dental tech and dental forensic identification trained. She attended college at Dixie State University where she received a duel bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice.

After college she and her husband moved to North Idaho to be closer to family and raise their children. She enjoys helping her community as a listening ear and assisting our clients through the legal system by getting a second chance start over. She strives to have a shared purpose, value, and trust with her valued coworkers and our clients.

Brittany Carroll

Legal Assistant

Brittany has been with Sullivan Law Office since 2022. She is native to the Pacific Northwest and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Criminalistics from Lewis Clark State College in 2014. Prior to joining Sullivan Law, Brittany co-owned and operated a technology business for ten years. She also worked for the Kootenai County Prosecutor.

Brittany thrives and excels in situations that require critical thinking, problem solving, and compassion for others in times of peril and high stress. Brittany always believes in the best in people and goes above and beyond to assist those to ease them through their legal process.

Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her two children, cooking, baking, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that North Idaho has to offer.
